Yes — completely free and no commitment required. It's a Zoom call so you can join from anywhere in Southern California. The call is 30 minutes and covers your situation, our services, and whether your insurance covers doula care.

Yes — insurance is one of the most common topics on discovery calls. We can discuss your specific plan (IEHP, Kaiser, Medi-Cal, Health Net, Carrot, etc.) on the call, and after the call we submit a free formal verification to confirm your exact benefits. Most families with Medi-Cal-based plans in Southern California qualify for $0 out-of-pocket doula care.

The earlier the better — we recommend reaching out as soon as you know you're pregnant. Popular doulas do fill up, especially in high-demand areas like Temecula, Murrieta, and Menifee. That said, we do our best to accommodate families who reach out later in pregnancy. Even third-trimester families frequently find doula support available.

We work with certified doulas who want to build an insurance-covered practice without navigating the credentialing process alone. We handle insurance contracting, client matching, and billing infrastructure. You focus on the work.
